Thought a little about the list and dont know how interesting and unique the list would be, but hey, an army of ogryns is always fun.
Thinking that the bulk of the infantry would be ogryns, led by IG commisars and commanders, supported by IG tanks, aircraft and artillery, maybe even a few IG infantry units.

Krourk Ogryns: INF 15cm Armour 3+ CC 3+ Ogryn Weapons (base contact) (Assault Weapon), MW, EA(+2) Special rules: In the beginning of every turn roll a d6 for every Krourk Ogryn company, on 3+ control is maintained. On 1-2 the ogryns run amok and charges nearest unit, friend or foe. Once control is lost, it cannot be restored.

Ogryn transport: Big fast, open topped transport, with most of its armour in front.
AV/LV 30cm Armour: 6+ CC: 6+ FF: 5+ 2x Heavy stubber 30cm AP6+ Special rules: Transport(2 Ogryn units or 4 normal), Counts as LV when shot from behind
Possible units: Penal legion canon fodder and Ogryn wardens Ogryn Grox riders
