What I see is that both have Damage Capacity = 2.

However, both versions are different. Warhawks has 4x AT4+ rockets (instead of 2xAT4+) and the Assault Cannon is 2x AA5+ (instead of 1x AA4+).

Elysian version is the same to our Tallarn.

Anyway, in both cases, the cost is 175 for just one Destroyer.

What do you think about those RRs and Scout Sentinels?

I suspect we then meant to use squadron of 3 flyers perhaps. Or maybe we were just really high one day?

The list skews more towards the iconic additional IA3 book units. Remember, you can make a very representative Tallarn force using the existing Ulani, Minervan, and Steel Legion lists. We try to avoid just building ++lists.

You can play whatever you and your opponent want but I would not recommend adding them in a tournament balanced list with this theme. Bloat is a real thing and what isn't available is just as important as what is. Tons of teleport formation and nice large scout screens doesn't sound like my idea of a fun army. Ultimately you play what you want however as it's your hobby, there's no wrong way to play with our toy soldiers.

Maybe one day someone will run with this concept. If not, nothing prevents this from guidance for friendly play either.

Next weekend we have an epic meeting so I will encourage pencanenas to test the list.

We will give our feedback if I convince him. Plus maybe some suggestions.

Anyway his or my complains have no real intentional tactic motive, it's just flufwise. We try to be as clean as posible when play epic ;D

In my opinion, as someone that will face this list. I think troops formation may need a small boost. Anyway as you said this is an experimental list.
We will test it and hopefully make our own suggestions in order to make the list feel like you are playing tallarn and not generic imperial Guard list number 02395.

Let see what can we think of.

yeah that sounds awesome! real life boots on the ground, so to speak, feedback would be awesome! As a collector and player I've found the ability to quickly add a formation here and there to a collection thus enabling additional lists to be used has been a great facilitator to playing and testing. My immediate suggestion for the above document is to make the destroyrers 3 strong and see what happens.

250 pts is the cost of 3 Manticores or basilisk... 200 sounds better.

I think that the profile of the marauder destroyer is wrong too. It should be WE with "DC2. Critical: Engines seriously damaged, aircraft crashes".

We have used the Marauder Destroyer Formation with 3 planes and it seems good. Expensive but powerfull.
