True, problem: at +100pts, they are in a bad spot as this makes the formation at 250 "naked" and no one will use em.
Why the short range? Is it in the rules?

uh, compeltly bonkers idea: Dismounting units gain first strike in the first round of an engage order to represent blind-fog-whatev-rockets. They should be priced higher then, of course. 100pts at least for 4 then, maybe even more.

Without launchers? 100% agree. +75 for a whole zippy formation upgrade I would.

LS Storm Cerberus launcher: 18" S2 Ap- large blast, blind. So basically 18cm range, adjusted to 15cm to keep people's ganglia from twitching :D

fun. try whatever strikes your fancy. Also straight giving the LS Storm FS in FF might work too.

The LS Storm is also in the Scythes list I wrote up if you're looking for an option - there was even discussion about what to do with them.

In the army list it says that the Tactical Detachment can have a Tactical Upgrade, but I can't find it in the Upgrades list...
