Why does the Battle Barge/Strike cruiser not list Storm ravens as something it can transport when they have planetfall?

You forgot to include Sanguinary guard under what a storm raven can transport, as they can buy it as a transport option.

One thing I noticed- the Heavy Support option has things like: "Add 1 to 3 Blood Angels Vindicators, +50pts". I assume that's 50pts each, though the 'each' is missing on every option in that list.
