plasmablast have got good necron types as well, i mix them with edenites...

are you referring to the destroyer looking model? i thought about getting those but seemed too expensive (i think you only get one or two and several non-necron looking pieces)

well it depend on where you live? i love the destroyer type and the infantry. It works out cheap for me because i live in australia and postage from anywhere is a killer. But 2 euros makes it more affordable the most other ranges. And the figs look great and mix well with edenite. ordered off plasmablast twice and fully recomend them!!!

But having said that exodus wars is just as awesome!

I also started thinking about a smaller necron force after seeing a painted army...

Model ideas as I see from the pictures:

necron warriors - edenite infantry
necron lord - Edenite Assault Sergeant
flayed ones - ??
destroyers - Edenite infantry + a 40K scarab
heavy destroyers - Edenite Heavy Support + a 40K scarab
tomb spiders - Otterware
pariah - Edenite Assault Infantry
immortal - Edenite Heavy Support
wraith - ?
monolith - Otter
obelisk - Otter
nightbringer - ?
pylon - Otter

Would not be too difficult.

Some units on the exodus wars do not have pictures, so perhaps I could fill the list with more units from there if I knew how they looked like...

I'm in the same boat, sort of. My FLGS has passed me rumours of a local guy who has some great Necron proxies but I don't know which of the wonderful people on here he actually is.

Either way, I've become smitten with the idea of Minigeddon and am trying to build up a variety of armies for various 1000pt options. Necrons seem very cool but there are some gaps in the range I'd like to fill :(
