atension put the following changes up to the ERC.

- Broken portals giving a BM to formations using them.
- Points drop for the Harvester engines: 600 points.
- Living Metal = 4+ inv. But getting to make the inv save against each point of TK damage rather than just reducing it to 1.
- Points drop for Monolith Phalanx and Maniple formations by 25pts.
- Points drop for Eques Maniples 50 points.
- Leader added to Pylon

We approved all except:

- Broken portals giving a BM to formations using them. (2-2 split)
- Points drop for Monolith Phalanx and Maniple formations by 25pts. (0-4)
- Leader added to Pylon (0-4)

The Necron list has been update in the TP:

Was broken portals a "needs more testing" or just a flat out NO because portal shenanigans like Break and Double forward are what make oldCrons absolutely terrible to play against.

I think any no falls into "needs more testing". Changes need to be justified, if no playtests are given then we're going to fall back to our own experiences with the list.

For me, I voted no to the BM for broken portals because I'm perfectly fine with their power level and being able to engage out of broken portals. Necrons aren't crushing opponents in our games, so why the need?

Conversely, Harvestors don't see a lot of use so the reduction made sense. The Living Metal change simplified the mechanic. And while I was in favor of the 25 point drop for Destroyers I got out voted. Either way on that, I think 350 seemed like a lot as they die quick given the amount of fire they can pump out if you let them.

It's not about power level whatsoever. Actually crons are a little on the weak side IMHO once you figure out their shtick. They're just terribly unfun to play against. So much so I ended up with 2 necron armies handed to me when I left Microsoft and moved to FL because the MS Play Team was so sick of them they didn't care to even own them (terrible abuse of paint and glue and pure fodder to go into the dip when/if I finally get to them but still). Atension's work on newCrons has really gone a long way to fixing that I feel. This is NOT an uncommon sentiment here nor elsewhere such as on FB epic groups. NetEA isn't just about balance but also making sure the game is fun for both parties, no? I do feel that the reworked LM rule is going a huge step forward on that though so grain of salt and all that.

Totally appreciate the time you took to respond though. :)

Glad that we got LM addressed. Seems to be one of the more contriversial topics. Hoping to get a bunch more play testing in.
