Wasn't quite sure where to put this topic so I'm afraid it's here in 6mm!

I would really like some fan or FW wave serpents but I think they're rare and expensive.

Even the chunky Epic 40k metal Wave Serpents seem to be getting a little rarer and more expensive on eBay.

Now and then I've seen models that seem to have been converted from the metal falcons by adding little "wings" on the font. I think they're from a Warhammer 40k kit but not sure which one.

---

Is it best to just wait and be patient on eBay or are there some easy conversion bits out there I can get from bits sites that I haven't encountered yet?

Ah, that is helpful! I'd not actually seen them "in the flesh" so a size guide is useful.

I've got some of the GW wave serpents if you're interested (left most in the picture), about 10 of them IIRC.
