Back to 6mm scale! This time some very old plastic battlewagons, I have had these miniatures in their plastic green for about 25yrs I think (so a long time in the painted queue!)

They are in the colour scheme of a Goff Ork warband that I'm working on

Has anyone else got any updates for this thread? It has been rather quiet!

Have been working on a load of stuff over the Xmas period, will hopefully have some photos of it here soon..

Finished a Hunter for my Fabulous Fruitloops Space Marines Chapter. Also finished som Nurgle Cavalery for my Warmaster Daemon army.

Like the look of the cavalry and the colour of the rhino (or hate it as it looks so gross - can't decide! :) )

Hey folks, a small update of some Orks I have been working on

Ork Battlefortress (ney Gibbletgrinda)
Got a pair of these in pretty good condition from the 'Bay, so just needed a small colour change and some weathering. But I liked the job the previous guy had done on the roof (Orks known for their quality clay roofing tiles) so I left that :)

Hope you can find time to paint even a few small 6mm guys inbetween Elkerlyc :)

I've finally finished my first Warband, this is a Goff band with transports. Most of the general orks and gretchin are Vanguard miniatures, the Nobz are the old GW ones.
Damn those gretchin are small - I figure you have to calculate losing about 25% of them when making sure you have ordered enough :)
I hope that the heavy looking armour of the Nobz means that they don't look out of place next to the more dynamic normal ork miniatures.

Hmm, that's a bit worrisome. Perhaps John and Ben (Moredakka and Evil&Chaos) should look into this, redesign the Gobblers to be a bit sturdier, kinda like what they did with the standard Skinnerz infantry kits.
