I agree, Jim, I thjink they're pretty awesome. Just enough detail, and none of it too small to paint. I have a bunch of Trolls Chimera's to paint up too, but they were intended for another IG army (Steel Legion).

Yeah I have an amalgam force and tried to use different chimera models for each part of the army to give the subtle hint they're using different forgeworld patterns. I'm curious to see how you get along with them, espyin comparison to 3rd edition chimeras. I might need to get 7 of them myself

Took a few days longer than I thought it would, but I've now finished the demolishers.

Think I might finish the last 3 basilisks before moving on to some Griffons, which should keep things varied and the interest levels up.
