Thanks for all the kind words everyone

I've reached an important milestone: 1K finished!

This means two things:
1) I can now actually start playing with them without shame (in Minigeddon at least)
2) This was the goal I set for myself that I had to reach before I could buy any Saga miniatures...I now have a LOT of metal vikings and Irish on the way, so the poor Eldar will likely get sidelined when they arrive.

I definitely understand the danger of the growing lead mountain! I have a lot of SAGA laid down but mostly plastics, myself.

True dat. As much as I enjoy the result of your endeavors, I find that I myself need practical methods to get things done well, rather than accomplish mesmerizing detail and beauty at the moment.

Thanks folks. The first Saga models arrived last night, but luckily for the Eldar, the bases and spears haven't shown up yet. So here's the first test model for my Shining Spears
