Those are some gorgeous Eldar, the darker cleaner sceme really works for them

Also, where did you manage to snag that version of the Scorpion?

Have to say, the air brush was built for eldar, lovely paint scheme

I bought this one:


AS 186 Complete Airbrush Kit + Compressor With Tank
To pistols. One with 2mm and one with 4mm.

A cheap china model. I have just upgraded it with a new Harder and S pistol. Not really used it yet.
I can highly recommend getting an airbrush. Great resuslts is quite easy and its great fun!

Got it 2nd hand. Ebay or our local group, cant remember. But it is a fantastic model!

We had a small tournament last weekend. I attended with my Tyranids:

Giant Fanatic 2016 was my first 'real' tournament, (3000 points)
With only a few games at 3000 points I didnt expect much...

I brought something like this:

1 Swarm: 2 Warriors, 2 Hormagaunts, 4 Termagaunts + 1 Warrior
1 Swarm: 2 Warriors, 2 Hormagaunts, 4 Termagaunts + 1 Warrior
1 Swarm: 1 Hive Tyrant, 2 Hormagaunts, 4 Termagaunts + 1 Warrior + 2 Carnifex
1 Swarm: 2 Hormagaunts, 4 Termagaunts + 1 Warrior + Dominatrix + symbiote + 2 Trygons + Zoantrope (BTS)
1 Harridan
1 Harridan
1 Harridan
1 Harridan
3 Exocrines
4 Dactolys
5 Biovore
3 Lictor


The goal during the weekend was to beat Thorbjørn, an old warhammer fantasy battle boddy, who had beaten me last time during an intro tournament with 1500 points

First match was against..... Thorbøjrn

He brought his Imperial Guards

But not hard enough :-) Thorbjørn has to come up with a new plan...

In a last attemp. Thorbjørn trows his units forward on the right flank. But they get butchered and shot, so have to retreat


The game ends 3-0 I think it was. Victory and revenge was mine

Next match was against Steffen, playing 1000 sons with a huge flying castle!

The sons is advancing in the middle and on the right flank, while the dominatrix is lurking around and waiting for an opportunity to attack

A unit sons is stranded on the left, as their transports has been destroyed. Nids are protecting strategic points.

The nids gets some strategic points in the end. Giving them a 2-0 victory.

Next match would be against Martins Eldars. The finale, as Martin also had won his 2 first games...

Martin had a very small elite eldar army with a huge ass Titan!gle meget hurtige og hårdtskydende tanks.

A harridan is hiding in the ruins, waiting for an opportunity to engage a flying super tank


The Nids prepares for a huge attack, taking a big risk, as they need to win the initiative...


Unfortunately, they dont win it and are pushed back.


The big Titan tries to pound the swarming nids back, but they are to many


The game is about to end, but the eldars struggle to claim the victory with the few remaining units left


The game ends after round 4. 0-1. The Eldar claims the victory on victory points.

I should have played the game alot different. But that is what you get when you are a noob, next time... :-)

Over all a fantastic tournament with 3 great games!

I end in 2nd place and takes the best painted award

Very satisfied. And still in love with Epic
