These represent "table top" standard, the most affordable of options. I may give the infantry a wash of nuln oil or such.

army painter soft tone wash on the browns, then quick drybrush with the base colour used. Nuln oil might make it look to dark. otherwise nice pictures and paint job

thats what i did for my sisters of battle, see below.

I'd actually suggest using applying an oil filter instead of a wash. It won't discolor/darken the paint really like a acrylic wash would but would get into the nooks and crannies to make them pop. You don't want more brown really you do need just black(er) recesses. If we needed to bring them up even more in response, add an extreme edge in a couple of spots to do the trick. Right now they're a bit flat IMHO though as O man states, perfectly serviceable as a table paint job.

However the brown base tonally is too close to the marine armor and makes them disappear. I'd think about perhaps adding a pigment layer with a martian red sand component. Basically lay it on thick and then apply water to wash it off. It'll turn into brown rocks poking through martian sands. It'd also thematically work with your Onyx painted admech tanks.

edit: check my iron hands for what I mean about pigment powders. While not red (dirts over greys to make urban rubble) the process is the same.

hahahahhaa :)

There's a whole set of techniques found in oils an enamels that is a mystery for those stuck with only acrylics ;)

Video and sorta terrible description I've done in this post

So, here are our heuristics for dealing with unusual items appearing in this topic.

Upon advice of my CR lawyer, I am permitted to make one of something for my personal use. I'm going to stretch this a bit and consider variations beyond GW/FW/SG to be safe-ish. For example, making the Knight Priapism with novel weapons or armor plates. I won't go much beyond one or two patterns.

Next, I won't always definitively state where something came from. Do I have access to a 3D printer? Of course, who doesn't, considering the various printing services? So, it's always within my power to make something from scratch. I'm the Otterman, after all. Nothing in the robot/vehicle design space is beyond my abilities.

Also, we're in an age where many people are making their own de-biggerized stuffs, and I may have access to those fellows. Convergent evolution insures that if you guys want something, it will appear soon enough to you.
