At this stage I have at least one of every Space Marine formation in the list (i.e. not Titans or aircraft) except one. So the next formation will be some bikes.

So, here's that Bike detachment. My main camera is my phone, which recently died unexpectedly and this is the first miniature photo I've taken with the replacement. It's come out a little weird; I'm going to have to experiment with some of the settings to try and get it a bit more natural-looking.

Inset is a photo of the Captain from an alternative angle, since it's impossible to see his face and the banner at the same time. This guy is the subtlest conversion in the army: I slightly modified the shape of his head with a little putty. Originally the top of his head was very flat (like the plastic Sergeants that the model was clearly based on), which was OK if he had hair, but I wanted to make him bald to match my forumware marines. I've given him a more rounded scalp instead.

Next up will be another Tactical Detachment as I make a start on the Third Company, but that might not be until after Christmas, possibly in the New Year.
