Your painting style seems to have developed a lot, if id guessed id have said the heresy stuff and those novamarines were by completely different painters. Not that there was anything wrong the the heresy stuff, but the novamarines are just on another level of awesome :)

Thanks alot, my painting style has evolved quite a bit since doing the Heresy era stuff, which were dipped with Army painter strong tone. Ive since discovered devlan mud wash, very good stuff!!

Im taking my time with this force, because the minis deserve it and im in no rush to get a game ready army.

Cheers,
Steve.

Devlan Mudd is the Ambrosia of painting. Great work on the Novamarines.

I use cheap acrylic craft paint, basecoat decoart tan, then highlight with anitas sand.

Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I have now finished my 2000pt Novamarine army for Future war commander.

Commander (CO)

HQ unit

Terminators

Assault troops

Scouts

Scout sniper teams

Librarian (counts as artillery officer in FWC)

The full army.

Thats it finished for now, i would like to add to the army later, im busy on ebay trying to get a few predators and dreadnoughts just to give me a few more options.

Hopefully my next update will be the start of my next army.....Thinking about Tau...... ;)

Steve

Mate,

These are fantastic, absolutely brilliant stuff. Is this all the Novamarines will be getting, or do you have armour for them/

Cheers
Aaron
