Just finished up a battle report that's going in the next issue of the Legio Imprint on the B&C (well, assuming that the thing meets with final approval and I get the last few bits together).
Of about seventy pictures, twenty-odd were good. And of those twenty-odd, I could only fit about ten. So you lucky people get to see the leftovers!
Reaver at the gate. I never even scratched the paint. Not that I tried. He hid it on the hill, and I didn't argue.

View from behind the Whirlwinds. I rather like this shot.

The minefield in the foreground was rather restrictive. I crossed it with one unit. A Vindicator. Double 1s. I'm a little bitter.

Land Speeders in the crater as they move toward the hill. This is the only one of these I really wish I could have fit in the batrep. Taken by my lovely fiancee, as an aside.

More Land Speeders in the crater. But look at the pretty rest-of-the-army behind them!

The crest of the hill. Shortly after that, my Land Speeders wandered into the gap between the Assaults and the Tacs and produced a rather lethal crossfire.

The view from on-high, toward the end of Turn 3. All the enemy Space Marines look like ants. Because they are ants...

The final assault of the game - a battered Demi-Company takes on a Devastator formation in the bottom of Turn 4.

The battle turned out inconclusive, which was thematically appropriate. I was not displeased.
