I have recently noticed that the GW US Online Store has added lots of epic (including back catalogue stuff) to the online store.
I knew that you could purchase the stuff from GWUSMO, but would need to know the code number and probably have to phone (not simple from the UK).
Now you can surf through 37 pages of epic models

I think if they don't have it all in stock, they will spin up whatever you want - maybe thats why the prices are so inflated.
This is a lot better than GW UK though. You can't even order bits from them. Supposedly if they sell Epic bits or models they will be told off.
Cheers
Chris

Yeah, not cheap is it, but it would be nice for GW UK to sell any epic at all, even if it is a little expensive...

As I said, G/W US will spin up anything they have the molds for. Even somethings not mentioned in their listings. ?I know I've been ordering stuff recently for Darkone and was amazed a few times when they tell me, "Oh Yes, we'll spin that up for you ! " ?Works for me ... & Darkone !

I don't BELIEVE this. They even have the SQUAT metals, no less!!! And ALL the AT era dreadnoughts! The price is terrible, to be sure, but still...
I wonder if they have hidden a stash of molds for Epic plastic Squats somewhere...

I always phone order G/W US and if they "screw" something up, it's fixed with a phone call. Don't want to sound like a "Fan Boy", but ... I've encountered very few problems with the G/W US Trolls ...

My experience is the same as primarch's: I onyl rarely use it and have yet to complain about those times that I have.
Apart from the escalating cost of course, but that it another matter altogether!

Don't get me wrong. They have cheerfully attempted to fix every mistake. I appreciate the fact that I have been getting free bitz. But this is how it went:
1st shipment: Missing bitz, one wrong part number (two copies). Bitz sent out. I did not have the catalog I ordered the wrong-numbered piece from (it was at the tournament), and the troll couldn't find it. I called the next day with the number.
2nd shipment: Missing bitz arrived. Wrong sprues. I called, and they sent a second replacement.
3rd shipment: replacement part arrived for the wrong part #. Only one copy of the two I ordered.
4th shipment: First one without errors, but I am still waiting on the remaining piece to be sent.
I only ordered $60 worth of stuff, at the reduced RT prices. So far, they've spent about $15 just on shipping, not counting handling and materials. I suspect they have already lost money and they haven't gotten it right yet...
