Hi All

I have had a fair bit of trouble with Exodus Wars, so much so, that if problems are not resolved soon, I am going to forget any future plans of ordering more from them and recommend others in my area do likewise. I am curious as to whether others have had issues as well?

My issue related back to when they offered free postage on items bought to a certain value. It was ages before I received what I ordered with many emails sent and only the occasional one being replied to. It appears the first went AWOL and I received the 2nd one a week later (yay me!)

When I did receive the items however, I was missing the bases to all the human troopers that I paid extra for. Upon advising this, and asking for another order, I was advised that they would be sent out the next working day and I would get a followup about the additional order. Well it is almost another month later and with 3 more un-replied-to emails, I am about a few weeks away from removing this company from my favorites and telling others to stay well clear of him.

Am I wrong in doing this and posting?

Have others faced similar issues?

Is there something that I am unaware of?

I generally like supporting such small businesses. It just worries me when customer service is so lax (IMO)

My only order with them to date was fine. There was a delay but I received an email explaining the delay.

Tom's def out there, pretty jovial when he speaks up in email or on this board.
But it's a small garage business. With secondary issues as casting isn't done in-house.
Apart from that I also could want to see faster turn-around, but doing things like that myself I know how impossible it gets some times.
Friendly emails stating exactly (point by point) what's the matter usually helps...

No problem !  We have to make sure we have good commo with Tom ... So we can get more E/W ... Like the plethora of new AFVs we saw drawings of, or pics ...
