Great painting as ever.

i have got to say, i still haven't warmed to these 30k ad mech designs. They just seem like FW wanted to jam a load of steampunk into 40k because its cool but somehow misses the mark for me. But hey, can't love it all.

I like the robots, infantry and knights all right but the tank designs are a bit lackluster to me. I do find myself warming to the Krios Venator though except for that silly wheel on the sides of the chassis. The Triaros I sometimes like and sometimes hate. There are aspects that are nice but the front kind of annoys me.

Yeah, the walkers are great - but then they are designs from the '80s really. Much prefer the walker tanks from the 40k ad mech line. Hope they do more in the future.

Lovely as always! Yeah, maybe slightly too much pigment on the tracks is the issue?

I love the steampunk look, personally. I think AdMec will be my first choice when I get around to 30k, whenever that might be!

Back from the first real vacation I've had in a few years.

@elsmore: could be. I ended up mixing a few and dabbing them on as well as doing a wash layer. I think I probably should have mixed them in the wash and just done that.

@leCacty: Next up I've got the last of the frigates for Battlegroup Helios and then I'll be on to some more marine bits and adMech infantry.

Cancon is one of the largest wargamming events in Australia
We get a lot of EPic players showing up from interstate to throw down at this event. Always a good time!

Curious, are you guys running the experimental changes to the Reaver and Warlord price this year? There was a lot of titans the year we approved the list because of the plasma destructor but they seem to have gotten passed over since and I'm wondering at the potential resurgence.
