Finished up a set of Whirlwinds and Pred Annihilators for my IF force today. I'm pretty happy with how these turned out but I'm glad they are done and I can move on to other stuff. I might actually finish my ground Marines by the end of the year if I can get the last 8 vehicles done. :)

Kyuss: It's all in the lighting. I took a first round of shots with these and my lights were up too high and blew out all the contrast. Had to reshoot everything. There's good contrast in the paint but they don't feel quite like they glow so much IRL.

Hi Vaaish, your Whirlwinds and Pred Annihilators are unrealistically good. They are better than my own 40K models despite being 6mm scale.
Whatever it is you are doing, keep it up.

Yes, I think there is someone on this planet that would make you have to work for the golden trophies you consistently win for Epic painting :D

Of course, there's still part of me that thinks vaaish just paints 28mm 40K models and takes the pictures from far away :D
