OK, so that took a bit longer than I thought but here we go: Some Caveats Neal has been buried with real life crap so none of the FAQ edits/revisions went in. Rather than wait another month or more though I went forward with this version. This will be the last version for 2012, come December we'll update and hopefully get the FAQ stuff done. Until then, post errors if you find them, just be aware that it'll be nearly half a year before they're addressed. A Note on Printing The page is the width of an A4 sheet and the height of a US letter (essentially the shortest measurements from both types of paper). I did this so you can print it as close to 100% on either of those two types of paper without having to worry about scaling and it looking like crap. Of course you can always print it at 100% on either, but seeing as that's an extra step I thought people would prefer the ability to be lazy and not worry about it. |

Noticed an oddity (p105): "6.4.1 [...] You may not add a Commissar to an Imperial Ally formation. " but: "93 6.4.1 Commissars Q: Can Commissars be placed in Titans or even Spacecraft if they are included in a Steel Legion army? A: Yes, you can add Commissars to any formation in the army, including Titans, aircraft or spacecraft if you wish to." Which is right? |

Because generallyit is allowed. But if a particular army list disallowed it then it is disallowed in this army. |

That's one of those FAQ issues I mentioned in the caveats StM. The rule is the one to go by, the FAQ hasn't been updated. |

I just had a quick flick through this for the first time: well done to the developers: I love the fact that the FAQ's have been put into the relevant sections. Can anyone out there tell me if there are any major differences in how some rules have been interpreted in the NetEA pack vs EpicUK rulings? |

Not sure exactly what 'rulings' your meaning MoK? We are using the current rules/FAQ's as available on the GW site. After that I think most TO's make rules calls based on what's been discussed here, where discussions have ended in a consensus, or gone with a gut call where they haven't. At Britcon the only thing that came up was when skimmers pop down, and we went with the interpretation that they don't till the end of the entire activation, so FF'ing while over terrain means no difficult test unless they can't move far enough to get out via consolidation or withdrawal. I don't remember a real consensus on this when it was discussed. |

so would you suggest/condone the rules section of the net ea pack being bought to an EUk tourney? my original copy is somewhat battered! |
