The condition of the game is good, only a few counters missing:

I have 16 counters instead of 20 for Armies of Spain
I have 8 counters instead of 10 for Neutral Armies
I have 19 counters instead of 20 for Fleets
I have 4 counters instead of 5 for Luxuries

This shouldn't change the game play, and it would be easy to make some new counters. (in fact I would make the missing ones up by scanning in pictures of the missing types, printing them out and glue them to card if that would help a trade.) Oh, there are 4 D6 dice missing too, but I could include some good quality D6 if you need them.
