How many of each Autocannonguy&Missileteam do you need?

I'll take as many as I can put my grubby hands on! I am planning on putting one missile team on every other stand of IG (planning on at least 40 stands) plus I want to use autocannons and missile teams in a set of heavy weapon squads (at least 16).
