Sorry guys...I didn't intend anything sly or mean.
In my world O.B.E stands for "Overcome By Events"
Or in short just doesn't matter anymore.
Usually used at a business meeting for some action requested but is no longer required because new things have come to light.
I was working on an article about aircraft stats for Epic but I didn't have some stats for certain Tau and Eldar weapons memorized. ?
I posted it here but I didn't get the answers before I made it home and got to my codexes. ?
So no worries.
Still it was funny to see what you guys thought it was
