I'd say, stat them similar to standard SM bikes, only a little faster and make them "skimmers".  That's what we did ...

In our "Hybrid" rules, we make it a point to stay away from "cheesiness" and try to use a little "logic" and somewhat "reality" based concepts. ?We try to stay on the Sci-Fi end of the spectrum as opposed to Fantasy ... but that's all "in the eyes of the beholder" ...

Do you old timers know what unusual Epic figures were available in metal?  By "unusual" I mean those which were either discontinued (the marine jetbikes) or later produced in plastic.

I have (in small quantities):
Marine jetbikes
Marine infantry
Thudd Gun
Contemptor (Dreadnought)
Deredo (Dreadnought)
Crusader (Robot)
Conqueror (Robot)
Eldar Infantry
Spirit Warrior
Banshee (Dreadnought)
War-Cry (Dreadnought)

Anything else? I would guess that at least the remaining dreadnought (Furibundus) and the three robots (Colossus, Cataphract and Castellan) were produced.

Oh, and Legion, do you have any pictures of the recovery vehicles online?

I may be wrong on this, but I think the Furibundus was post-metal, in other words it (and the fluff) were developed after they stopped making the metal dreadnoughts (I have a lot of them and I don't have a single Furibundus). I think I may be safe in saying the same applies to the robots!!! But I may be wrong!

Other metal stuff produced at this time and released... included a bundle of Ork stuff and Eldar Lascannons.

Rare stuff includes

Eldar Falcon "in metal" - never officially released IIRC

The Beetleback Warlord Titan was also produced in metal prior to the plastics of Adeptus Titanicus but were never released for sale - GW do similar things today with resin castings of their plastic kits.

The recovery vehicle looks interesting, I wonder what the gun is. Some kind of Melta weapon?

And I forgot Metal Rhinos and Land Raiders.

Hi, it's a multi-melta, is what it looks like to me.  I just finished stripping and trimming it yesterday.  Thanks again, Doug/ Darkone ! :D  Jimbo is an old timer too, it looks like he covered everything that G/W had released in the "good old Days"   ...  Some of the SM1 stuff is still available from G/W US. :unclesam:
