Now that is some seriously smooth painting. Lot of edges in that Terran force. It looks amazing.

I didn't realize those were you. Great job. Another Spartan production for me to look wistfully at on the off chance I have no (well, less than 3 anyway) projects going and cash to burn.

lol, lots of edges indeed. Right at a time when I'd been trying to change my painting style ad avoid sharp edges, they specifically requested it, and its drawn me right back in! :)

I cant take credit for it all. they hit so many ranges at once the painting has been spread far and wide. I've done about half the 10mm stuff so far, (my proudest part is that in the Dindrenzi group shots not even I can tell which are mine and which aren't! :D But all the close ups are my work)

The 15mm stuff is being done by Heresy Brush to whom I bow greatly - the work he's done is superb and his stuff for Forged in Battle is just great.

The Majority of the Dystopian Legions stuff is being painted by Golem Painting Studios, who will be familiar to a lot of you already.

Bit late to the party on this, but yes they look fantastic TS. And as always with Spartan the designs are great. I asume the casting is at its usual standard ?

Just out of interest, how do they scale ? I can't see anything on the StudioSpartan site that gives a definite scale but i see you have them under 10mm ? And even then, one mans 10mm is another mans 6mm heroic (super heavy) ;D Any chance of seeing a pic next to some epic minis ?

WIll do, but they're far larger than epic SHTs - they have about the same footprint as a 15mm (lfames of war) sherman!

Ha ! Thought they must be, though having seen the level of detail on DZC minis and the prices i had wondered and hoped ! :D So the MAU suits would be knight sized roughly...?

Though on the other hand, they may be a good source of DZC proxys :-)

Have you played the game?

Hi Tuffskull.

Did you get a chance to photo any of these ? Especially interested in the power armour (for knights) and anything that could be used as basis for ordinatus conversion for Ad mech...

These are really nice, what's the scale like for epic - those shikra gunships would make really nice valkyrie proxies and I want to find a use for the Valkyrie recon vehicles and tryptychs; tauros perhaps?
