I'm looking for a game that deals with the Battle of Britain - I've got a deep desire to move little model Spitfires around and make 'rrrRRRRrrrrrr - dakka dakka dakka!' noises....

Does anyone know of any rules or miniatures they could recommend?
I've found this site, and like the miniatures, but the rules are'nt done yet.

Some inspiration

BoB gaming

I have also tried "bag the Hun" from too fat lardies.  decent game but I haven't got the hang of it yet.   But good for large engagments.

This company seels all the 1/300 Collectair aircraft you may need if your in the US.

Hope this helps

Probably not your style: 5 minute turns, 5 m hexes is a lot of RRRRMing per move.  :-)...

But who knows...  The research going into the game was just awesome, with the designer tracking down veterans and transcribing stories -- trying to get at "what really happened."
