Hey there,

I am currently struggeling with the Force on Force rulebook. Some basic rule mechanisms are still very vague and unclear. Any pointers to good tutorials or primers would be much appreciated, as well as links to modern 15mil painting forums. As long as its not WWII or older in 15mil I am interested.

And to start a discussion here as well, what are you using for Modern Warfare on Company level? I guess Team Yankee is fair enough if you want to have a beer and pretzel style game, but what else? I also know of Cold War Commander (which I dislike due to the "Warmaster-Order" rules) and of course Force on Force. I had a quick dip in Charlie dont surf, which I really like.

Advise are very welcome.

You might want to look at GHQ Micro-armor rules?

My impression was more on the negative side. Rules seem to be fairly table-driven, with much book-keeping. Git any good reviews of it?

Hey there,

I really like the rules of "A fistful of TOWs". There is a free version somewhere on the web, the commertial version III is a little different, but also contains fun rules for various degrees of training and technology standards. Also chemical weapons and even nukes are included, but they are in ther just for fun, as they totally turn/ruin a game ;-).

Nice system after all, would like to play more often...
