I got the castngs back for what was supposed to be wave 2 of the TEF. The forward drive modules for the superheavy tank and some of the support vehicle's turret components just did not cast right, and the molds will need to be reworked. In the case of the Heavy tank it is a real shame, as literally everything else cast perfectly. I'd be lying if I said my soul didn't die a little when I noticed the problems, as it has been a long and bumpy road getting these ready for production.

Anyway, I do have the Dragonfly gunship and the infantry packs ready, they will go up on the site in about 30 minutes or so, I'll update the links when they are in. The detail is very delicate:

I almost forgot the preview. Here is a family shot for the walker vehicles for my insectoid infantry. They all have more arm-weapon options and leg pose options than shown. Also, the smaller biped's torso fits on the little quad legs, and vice versa. Toying with getting a second upper part done for the little quad walker, like a heavily armored gun turret or some such, with a big AT gun. Digital sculpting courtesy of Charles Oines.

Cool stuff! Is there something funky going on with the left wing and vertical stabilizer on that gunship? The tip of the wing doesn't look like it cast right and the tail looks clipped.

The wings are actually supposed to look that way, I think the sculptor was going for something unique. glad people like the walkers, and yup, more work from Irrational Designs.

Probably a week and a couple days. I'm hoping to also have the support vehicles up and ready at the same time, but we'll have to see.
