Doug / Tom,
I wasnt sure which board to post this too as it applies to all three sites, but when it doubt I guess I return to old loyalties
Anyway, onto the point! Would it be easier for you guys if articles were submitted in PDF format? I have adobe acrobat 5 for work so can easily convert any of my future articles if you would prefer - then all you would have to do is insert the pages & not have to worry about text flow etc. I can just as easily mail you it in HTML, or both! Let me know.

Word documents are more convenient for me, because then I can strip them out into HTML pages when the time has come for them to be added to the articles section .

Hmmmm... for all the technology I have at my disposal (AMD 2100+, Pentium II 450, Warp Gate, Power liftas, battle barge etc. etc.) I cant actually do "Word" documents, sorry!
I'll stick to HTML like the last one I guess. Sorry for te hassle.

can I recommend then Open Office
http://www.openoffice.org/
to quote
OpenOffice.org is both an Open Source product and a project. The product is a multi-platform office productivity suite. It includes the key desktop applications, such as a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation manager, and drawing program, with a user interface and feature set similar to other office suites?. Sophisticated and flexible, OpenOffice.org also works transparently with a variety of file formats, including those of Microsoft Office.
This means, as Open Source, you can download it and you can save documents in Word format.
