http://privateerpress.com/community/pri ... nouncement It's small scale, so I figure it fits here. Privateer Press is bringing back Monsterpocalypse. Apparently, whatever was preventing them from talking about the game has expired and they are relaunching it. A 2nd edition of the rules, so some changes but should still be recognizable. Sold as a hobby game. Figures will need to be assembled and painted, but the detail will be much higher than the old figs. Non-Collectible. Buy the stuff you actually want. They don't mention hyper-forms, and the new standard game format is 2 monsters, so I am guessing monsters will not have an alternate form anymore. Figures are a bit bigger than before, but a scale comparison makes it look like the old figs will be usable, though not in tournaments https://www.monsterpocalypse.com/wp-con ... 00x242.jpg This was one of my favorite game back in the day, so I am really excited about this. |
