Has there been a follow-up letter from the ACLU about Dark Eldar/Chaos wearing human skins? |

Warhammer demon thing apologises for wearing fur http://www.thedailymash.co.uk/news/environment/warhammer-demonic-entity-apologises-for-wearing-fur-20170201121338 'Somehow, as I was ravening across the cosmos eviscerating and mutilating any sentient being I could, I lost sight of what was important. I’m a role model to children, and topping my eight bladed torture-instrument limbs which support the mountain of my putrescent, acid-weeping flesh with fur shoulder-pads is unacceptable.' |

If you've missed it, then check out the regimental standard on the topic Code: Thought for today: ‘Be sound of mind or your argument is lost before it has begun’ Made my day. |

I like dogs more than most people ... Seriously ... But PETA is part of this ongoing cultural wave to be found almost everywhere. That makes all it's decisions in a PC bubble, etc., with little to no thought of pragmatism and more importantly reality. I think they can't find anymore windmills to joust so they are looking for some way to continue to be relevant. |

Please don't start equating "PC" with anything resembling anyone waving a PETA banner. Seriously. Don't start that argument with me. This had nothing to do with "PC" anything, so don't bring any of those particular political views, whether you adhere to them or not, into it. One topic <-> Other topic. |

Don't start an argument with you ? I think you tried to start one with me. And not just on this thread. |

As a vegan and a wargamer I find their whole approach completely and utterly weird. Why they are picking on conceptual stylised imagery rather than real world issues like brushes made of animal fur, products declared non toxic by testing on animals, or paints made using animal based products is just way off the mark. In my reasonably uninformed opinion. Perhaps they know something I don't about sculpting fur with greenstuff! |
