Keep in mind that this is only the first of a number of previews, not the total contents of the book.

Other known contents include 8 new Legios - with traits - and we think that 1-2 new Titan classes (looking at you, Rapier and Warrior) might also be in there. I'd guess a new weapons system of two as well.

I will be pleasantly surprised if there are new titan classes in the rules.
I cant see GW doing that before models are released. So I wont hold my breath.

There's been a veritable flood of review videos in the last 24 hours.

No new Titans, but quite a bit of content - especially the 8 new Legios and their traits, equipment, etc.

...and of course all the lovely fluff. Can't wait.

Looks alright. I will buy to support GW in this project.

What I really want is Fire Wasps transfers, rules etc., and Banelord bits so I can kill two birds with one stone by starting an AT Chaos legion, and have an 800 point head start on my Epic World Eaters army too. :)

Notes from today's Live Stream (though I missed a few minutes here and there from incoming phone calls)
  • Legio Vulpa homeworld is Anvilus (exclusive fluff bit)
  • Titans are only let loose on worlds where they intend to level everything
  • In the Horus Heresy, whole Legios were destroyed - first time they were up against something their equal, much like the Space marine Legions
  • They have a long-term plan for many more supplements and products
  • All the Knight Banners and Titan heraldry have meaning
  • The missions in the book barely touch on the true scope of Beta Garmon - they hope fans will generate more
  • They've been meeting about resin weapons, and the Ursus Claw is getting higher on the list
  • They have started to consider Imperator kit for "someday"
  • Warbringer is between Reaver and Warlord
  • To keep up the pace of supplements (sounds like a target of 2 per year) they cannot take a deep dive on any one thing (Legio, class, etc.)
  • They like to hint at the fluff as opposed to shove it in your face
  • Beta Garmin has some interesting planets, with all sorts of hazardous elements, including un-exploded ordnance from test ranges to vaccum, etc.
  • They want to keep doing more campaign books
  • They will also start adding info on what Space Marine Legion fought with what Titan Legio
  • FAQ is on the way after Titandeath reports filter out (a month or two?)
  • For minor weapons, they anticipate doing PDF Weapon Cards
  • Campaign system gives you a means of linking your games - equipment, crew experience, salvage, etc.
  • Also give some guidance on map-based campaigns - ala Mighty Empires
  • They may do Legio-specific dice in the future

Listened to the live feed this morning for the Horus Heresy Weekender preview.

Looks like they will be showcasing the new Reaver for AT18 - I would not expect to hear much more.

...and we also know the title of the next book: Doom of Molech

  • Next book will be Doom of Molech
    • New Legios - Crucius (Warmongers), Fortidus (Dauntless), Vulcanum (Dark Fire/Lords of Ruin), Interfector (Murder Lords)
    • Vulcanum are weird, two Legios on one FW. Weird things with their princeps.
    • New Maniples - including All-Knight Maniple
    • Follows the events of Vengeful Spirit
    • 7 Knight houses covered including Devine. Will have special rules for each Household. Each Knight world (like Moloch) could have a number of households on it. Allows you to build the household along the lines of the predefined ones or you can pick a couple rules to define your Baron or high Seneshal
  • Knight & Titan Strategems
  • New building spires in plastic
  • Available separately or as part of expanded Civitas set
  • Strong likelihood of more terrain sets
  • The rest of the Titan weapons will be done in resin
  • Audax and Ursus Claws
  • All Titan weaponry will soon be available ala cart
  • Reaver upgrade sprue will also be sold separately due to popular demand
  • Legio Fureans transfers coming soon with House Madaxia Knights
  • Knight carapace weapons were meant to be on the plastic sprue but couldn’t fit! Will be coming soon.
  • Re-release of the Grand Master edition. Huge logistical operation to put together. Won’t be a permanent thing, if you want it get it while it’s there.
  • Resin weapons are being done - you get the whole arm so you can magnitize them
    • Carapace Gatling Blasters
    • Reaver Vulcan Mega-Bolter
    • Missile Mounts - Warp Missile first, but others in the future
  • Plans for the future?
    • More campaign books. Maybe Calth, or Mars, or eventually Terra
    • More Legio/Household heraldry and special rules (mostly already in a massive spreadsheet)
    • Continued releases of plastic kits for knights, titans and terrain.
    • More Titan classes, from Rapier upwards
    • Themed dice - not Legio specific but loyalist/traitor
    • New weapons, both from AT88 and new. Also more Knight weapons
  • Ordo Sinister likely in the book after Moloch. Will likely get more than just Warlords
  • Special Character titans (rather than just princeps and crews) and alternative princeps.
  • They are considering an "Epic" expansion to the game, but this would be FAR down the line
  • Design your own Legio rules is a possibility

Didn't they also show off the cover art (or was that fan made?)

Did they do a White Dwarf article about painting the new buildings?

Next week, GW is putting all the weapons frames for the Warlord and Reaver on pre-order: https://www.warhammer-community.com/201 ... ed-freeks/

First time that the regular weapon sprues will also be available - also the new Reaver sprue.

Hopefully it will also have a restock of the new Warlord sprue, which sold out in record time.

It sounds like AT18 is motoring along nicely. I should really remove the cellophane from my boxes..

Not sure I want an 'Epic' expansion - as long as Epic is frozen in time, my 6mm minis will never age and I will never hanker after an 'up-to-date' scale :)
