No one's attacking anyone. I'm going to drink my coffee on the veranda since you're already up on the cross...

Intrigued as to how psi titans will be portrayed

At least in the recent Black Library fiction, these are now variants of the Warlord chassis, which would be a pretty easy "add on" kit from Forgeworld if they decide that's the way to go.

GW are working on an AT diorama for the open day later in the month. I'll be keen to see how it looks and the buildings look good made octagonal like that. I wonder if those are new road pieces they're going to sell or if it's just something they've cast up for the diorama? They seem to have detail and to be rectangular pieces. https://warhammerworld.games-workshop.c ... ifZ9pN92no

I think it’s more likely a conversion - I recognise the top spire as being from another kit. I wonder if it might be made from plasticard but I can’t see one in that pattern from my usual suppliers. Perhaps 3d printed?

Some posted a nice 3d printed Lucius conversion kit if that's more your style or you fancy a bit of variety. There are free files on Thingiverse and he says he'll model a Lucius style rocket launcher to go on top.

A 'Rapier' scout titan is mentioned in Titandeath. Lighter and faster than a Warhound apparently.

yeah that line where they're looking at the wreckage and say, "I haven't seen one of these in ages" was cool. Hopefully we see something for these fringe and obsolete units show up in AT soonish (and Cerastus chassis knights as well!!)

Will be intresting to see how they will stat theese Rapiers. The amount of fire power this game let you bring makes it hard have smaller units than Warhounds that can weather a salvo from a larger titan.

they're probably going to do it perhaps with something like stratagems and mantiple rules allowing them to buff attacks on targets from the other titans. Like how the cross-fire rule in EA allows fast moving units to set up the killing blow. Less about taking down the titans on their own vs making the battle titans more effective in what they do.

Of course, there's nothing stopping people just playing with scout titans. That's a fun game in itself. :D

Can't wait to get my hands on a copy of Titandeath (the novel) - sounds like an excellent read.

So it looks like the Rapier is going to be the "smaller than a Warhoud" scout Titan. They could easily keep these on their feet with some sort of targeting modifier for speed.

Another Titan I've seem mentioned frequently in BL fiction is the Warrior, which could fit between the Warhound and Reaver, or the Reaver and Warlord.

I'm hoping we'll see both in the Titandeath (rulebook) next year!
