Word of warning - I heard several people complaining the plastics weren't as good as the resin sculpts, esp the infantry.

I was probably a bit harsh. From what I have seen, the plastics are good. I think some people expected them to be exactly the same as the resin ones, but the have had to simplify them for plastic casting so they are a bit "rounder."

having seen the plastic scourge troops up close I have to say they are pretty bad.... very flat and strange looking, a casualty of bodging them for injection moulding I suppose....

By all accounts the newer wave, PHR/Shaltari, have better plastic infantry models, they clearly learned from their mistakes!
