I noticed this weekend when I posted to this thread that the thread didn't come up when I later clicked the 'view new posts' link on the homepage. Also, scrolling down the home page to the NetEA Other Forces heading, it shows the last post as belonging to a post that is older than mine.

So, what's the deal, does the forum treat a member's own posts differently than other people's posts? Or is something else going on?

I.... dont know. The board is set up in the same way as others, and should behave in the same way... in theory. The 'new posts' search should not exclude your own posts. Is this a common problem?

This kind of thing had not happened before, and it seems to be working normally now.
