I seem to be missing something when it comes to PM'ing someone on the forums. I composed a message last night, and thought I sent it on, but it is just sitting in my outbox. How do I actually send the message?

It stays in your outbox until it is read. This way you can tell if the recipent has gotten it.

Ok, thank you. It doesn't go into the sent box, then. Just stays in the outbox, unusual set up.

Yeah, I see that now. Thanks. Just not what I'm used to.

Yes, its a slightly strange setup. On the plus side, you are able to edit and even delete messages up to the point that the receiver opens them.

Or you can be sneaky and send a PM.
The recipient gets an e-mail saying they have a PM.
BUT as soon as you send it you go to the outbox and delete it.
They still get the e-mail saying they have a message (cos you sent one) but when they check there is not one as you deleted it.

Happened to me once and confused me a treat..
