Thanks guys. I am aware of both tof these. In general, activation of accounts has been stopped for previous members while I was examining any other alternative - since creating the secondary account could cause problems as email address cant be shared between accounts. I have records of the accounts being created and will deal with these.

SCipio is an ongoing case, with complications caused by his email address not working. I will look into this. Thanks.
