Seems that development and incorporation of new units into existing lists or creation of new lists for a tourney pack hasnt been done for a while. And that the tourney pack of April 2022 leaves out a load if important units for several factions - Necrons most notably. The necron line expanded in 2012 with addition of Ghost / Doomsday Arcs, Tomb Stalkers, Command / Annhilation Barges, Doom / Night Scythes, Triarch Stalkers etc. Am I mistaken or is NetEA just no longer evolving with advent of Legions Imperialis? |

Lists need playtests in order to be approved and get into the tournament pack. People don't do that any more. If you want the newer Necron stuff approved the Sautehk list needs reports: https://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd ... 70&t=28893 I've been going through and doing the last batch of reports for lists these past few years (Slaves to Darkness, Gargant Mob, Deathwatch) and plan on doing Adepta Soritas this coming year. |

For context/comparison, the epic uk lists are far, far, more behind GW 40k releases than NetEA – that does not mean EUK is dead. These forums are certainly less active now that discord is popular. |

Are the forums quiet because the discord is popular, or is the discord keeping the community together who have stopped posting on the forums? I really wish that I knew the answer to this. I wish that the discussion remained here on these boards, but forums are losing popularity generally. I suspect that without the discord, the boards would not be much more alive and most people would be using the Facebook groups. But I honestly have no idea. |
