It's actually not that complicated to work out. What is the most expensive formation in the dead pile or on the board? It's working out the consequences of bringing a formation on or not

I have always played aircraft suppression 'fully', ie so long as the route passes through range of a unit that can shoot, it can shoot. In practice it means working out the point at which the greatest number of firestorms are unsuppressed (I find it affects this formation the most).
