And the Xenos! The final article in this particular series of armies

Many thanks to RichardL and StevekCole and the epic community at large for their help getting this one together!

https://guildfordgamesclub.wordpress.com/2017/08/10/epic-armageddon-factions-101-part-8-xenos/

I plan to do an article or two focused on less 'tournamenty' stuff and more on just playing around next.

With the game becoming ancient, would it not be a good idea to have a newbie resource area? Stuff like this, armygen links etc. Or have I forgotten that there is one already? Hmm....

If there's somewhere good to put it, this can go there too.

Great series. Enjoyable read and plenty of helpful insights for armies we mightn't get much exposure to. Thank you.

New article, this time looking at some thoughts for an alternative team event structure.

Thoughts? Feeling? Visceral emotional responses?

Sounds interesting - you run it and i will be there! :-)

Haven't had chance to fully digest all you ideas but i think there is enough for a few different events in there. Just the team aspect with the ability to re-write lists with variable points values (to suit opponents and variable table types) would be enough to give a unique experience inho.

To be honest i think this is the kind of thing EA needs to compete with the newer games out there which usually have multiple scenarios and ways to play.

That would be cool! Though be aware most of the Epic UK southern events are in the first half of the year. Might be good to run it in the 2nd half?
