As a curio, I thought I'd upload the original Beta rules from the early playtesting of Epic: Armageddon.

The Tournament scenario has some pretty interesting differences. Objectives have "memory" and formations that don't garrison start the game offboard!

neat, I occasionally still find the little cut out land raider and tactical paper tokens in my less commonly used hobby boxes and books.

Im not sure where the versions I have fit within the timeline but I've always found this a useful document explaining some of the rationale and design intent behind the game.

You'll note that originally AP worked differently (there was still firepower, and then standard to hit values depending on the class of weapon).http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5ae36b57714a7/Epic%20Evolution.pdf

That one looks like it's prior to the Beta rules documents I posted - Alpha rules ideas, by the looks of things, when 4th edition looks to have been more closely modelled on 3rd edition.

Anyone else got any early development documents to share?
