Apologies if this has been asked previously, my brain is a little addled at the moment

Are Commissars represented by a figure on one of the stands/units in say a company or are they added as an additional stand?

If they are added to an existing stand/unit do they have to be added to the HQ stand or can they be added to an infantry stand?

If they are represented as an additional stand, what do they do for transport purposes?

I'm taking it that they are represented as a figure on an existing stand/unit....

they are added to an existing stand, and no it doesn't have to be the HQ stand, the only restriction in steel legion is that the first commissar must be added to a stand within the Reg HQ if one is taken
