I was perusing the DE list and wanted to clarifty how the Portable Webway Portal works:

"This portable webway portal may be used once in the game.

After the characters formation completes an action you may place a barrage template marker ... Remove this webway portal marker in the end phase of the turn before any rallying."

I just wanted to check that "once in the game" refers to the placement of the marker and not how many times a formation may come through it. Or in other words, to confirm that you can't place the marker in one turn, and then place it again in the next turn if it doesn't get used.

The once per game is once per game and not once per turn.

a) Once per game you can place the marker?

b) Once per game you can come through the portal
