Hi I'm not sure if I'm asking this in the correct place but here goes.

How do assaults with Macro weapons and extra attacks work?

Here's two assault profiles
Wraithguard
15cm small arms, EA+1, MW

Wraithlord
(Base) Assault weapon, Macro Weapon, EA+1

Now does the Waithguard get 2 macro weapon attacks or 1 Macro and 1 normal?
Does where 'Macro weapon' is in the description dictate if all attacks are Macro weapons?

Thanks for any help on this matter, as its always confused me.

'Macro weapon' in the assault weapons or small arms sections mean the weapon gives the macro ability, for example the space marine land speeder has a single firefight attack which as the macro ability

where weapons are noted as providing extra attacks and macro, the macro weapon ability only applies to the extra attack, so for example wraithguard will have one normal attack and one macro attack in firefight, marine terminators have one normal attack and one macro attack in close combat

this is specified in the rulebook in the 'extra attacks' weapon rules section
