on the 2008 handbook they where very different from the originaly book what are the correct stats now? for example cc4+ and ff6+? how can it do more damage on cac than firefigt

The "2008 Handbook" should be disregarded, unless you want to use the changes within as "house rules".

Reference the GW site, plus errata, for the official stats.

A Landa is CC6+ / FF4+.

The stats weren't changed and I can't recall a discussion where anyone advocated different stats for the Landa.  If the handbook had something different it must have been a typo.

In any case, all the Handbook changes were not adopted.  I recommend sticking with the official FAQ and Errata.

We put together an integrated rulebook with everything integrated and it has been sent to Jervis.  It should just be a matter of time for them to post it to the GW website.
