I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your Necromunda board!

Question: How did you individually base your 6mm figs??? I want to play some pocket 40k... curious about doing the same thing.

Thanks, I'm rather happy with how it came out to ;)

The minis are based on 10mm disks of magnetic paper which I punch out with a paper craft punch.
I just glue them on with superglue and then build up the base with 50/50 milliput/greenstuff until it's level with the base of the minis feet. Not much more to it than that I'm afraid.

Cheers,
Stroezie.

Wow, I am lost for words with how cool this is.

The 6mm scale is perfect for this kind of thing, something that probably wouldn't be possible at larger scales (unless you were retired and had loads of time!) but loses nothing from the small scale.

Can't wait to see what else is being lined up! :)

Simply Stunning !

The board looks absolutely fantastic and all the small details added make it really pop. This gives me more motivation to pull my finger out and crack on with my 6mm dungeon project.

Great thread and a joy to follow the pics in this thread cheers for posting

Regards Epic

This is such an epic bit of work (pun only partially intended :P)! I came back for a gander after mentioning it to someone on Facebook who’s interested in using 6 mm miniatures for MicroHeresy.

This reminds me of a "Travel Space Hulk" that one of the guys came up with many, many years ago.

6mm terminators and genestealers
Graph paper map pieces (1/4", iirc)
Minis and maps mounted on magnetic sheets (hole-punch circles for the minis)
small dice
wide, flat tin for container and base

Stick the maps to the tin, minis to the map. Play.

Travel Space Hulk seems an ideal way to get started with Minihammer—simple terrain and a good game! You can even use the Kill Team (2018) Arena rules with the same terrain for something different!

Is magnetic sheet attractive enough for metal 6 mm miniatures? I guess this thread shows it can be for the small ones, but for the Terminator-sized ones?
