That's the best I know of on the web Hena. If books you might want to try 40k third edition.

The Dark Millenia website had a good one but it had to be taken offline because of GW IP.

No. Listening to the GW rules team podcast (episode two) and they imply that they have finally put a detailed galaxy map in the book (and they admit that this has been lacking in the past), and additional maps showing the various races and sectors. I have not seen this to confirm. Can anyone with the book tell us?

There is a double pager on pages 116-117.

There are also some other bits and pieces in the race sections.  Small sort of maps about 1/3 of a page.  For instance the ork one shows Ork activity across the galaxy at 998.M41

Reg Steiner (Warp Rift / Galactic Fringe) has seen the new rulebook and confirmed the galaxy map(s). He also mentioned something about Chaos and having more influence areas in addition the EoT.

There is also supposed to be an interesting correspondence between the Necron power map, and one other... Any ideas?

I would love a peak at GW's scrapbook regarding the untold stories, the secrets they keep.
