Tim, I think we are heading in that direction of dropping the animated construct rule. I quiet like the rule however the game testing has really indicated that it has very minimal impact.
Regarding the number of activations the army can generate I don't mind it as it stands presently.
True there is the option to take a lot of smaller formations and getting the activation count up without compromising the Iyanden feel. But this does allow players some flexibility in the build they want which is still centred around wraith formations. Problem I have seen when considering and even playing Iyanden lists with a high activation count is that much of your force still deploys off the table and is reliant of the various delivery systems.

With the 1:1 ratio list were pretty similar and had restricted activations, the 1:2 ratio has grown on me.

Things have been quiet on the yellow space elf front but I have a bit of time again to refocus things. I appreciate everyone's contributions to the list thus far and feel we have progressed well.

I have started the approval process and would welcome if guys are able to pitch in with some more games over the next couple of months.

Please note I have dropped the special rule "animated construct" as all the games thus far have showed it has had little to no impact on games. So I have amended the list and called it V4.2.4 to reflect the change. (remember I will change the title of the list V4.2 once we gain approval)

Yeah that's right. I am hoping that we can get a few more than that from a more than just three groups. That might save time at the other end if the Panel has issues with any Batreps.

Are you and your group in the position to pitch in some Batreps?

Sounds good, I'll do a few Batreps before the event too encase I have even numbers and the bye buster force isn't needed. I am just getting a few more Supa stompas sorted and I'll be right to go in a week or two.
