Sounds like a good idea who's time has come - for mere conversion-mortals there are more and more dino riding aliens appearing here and there from retailers so there might be a few more exodite armies appearing soon... Though mostly I look forward to playing against those stunning eldar of yours with appropriate rules!

Sounds good, I found in an old Citadel Journal, that it looks like the Exodite High Commanded/Lord can be in on a dino or Knight ...

How to start? Is it an adapted BT or ulthwe eldar list - trading skimmers/speed for some extra durability or CC power?? or do you imagine something fundamentally different ?

As for knights, I think this was a typical bit of late 80s GW fluff - ie. "we have some cool imperial and eldar knight models & they have lances for no reasonable reason - let's dream up a reason for them to exist - I know: herding dinosaurs!

I'd say include them or drop the as you prefer just as gw would. After all, not all exodite worlds necessarily use knight (or dinos for that matter!)
