im not looking at buying anything for the army, besides maybe a few fliers if they make them in epic scale via AI forgeworld, so please help me make a good list from the stuff i have listed. nothing really specific, just something that can take on any army and stand a chance.

Nice haul.
It?s lacking Firestorms (more of those AA-looking tanks) and transport, e.g. Wave Serpents.
I use those Mk. I Falcons (the wedge-shaped thingies) for Wave Serpents and E40k Falcons for .. Falcons. Doing so solves all your transport problems in one fell swoop, consider it. There also appears to be no arty, that?s bad.
Otherwise, Vampire Raiders might be a good buy. All said and done, I?d aim for adding:
2x Falcons, mix with Firestorms
1x Fireprisms, dito
1x Firstorms, to have something to mix with.
If you seriously are dead-set against spending another pound on ground forces, get 6 Nightwings (or, since you have the old models, maybe concentrate on Vampire Raiders) and try that.
I mix my Windrider hosts 4x Jetbikes, 2x Vypers to good effect, that way you can suck a BM and still place one out to 30cms and have 2x4+ saves.
8 Scorpions are overkill, they are. sadly, a little overpriced IMO, lacking killing power. Massed use in the pop up in larger games might find them up to par, possibly.
Get a Wratihgate for Wraithguard/Lord reinforced Guardian Warhosts, you have enough for 3 souped-up Hosts.
Add those Heavy Weapon Platforms to line-holder/garrison Guardian Warhosts. Sure you have no Support Platforms among them? The boost numbers cheaply.
With regards to Aspects, I?ll pass. I?m an Ulthw? Guardian/tanks- type, I won last year?s german tournament with this list:
850 Warlock Titan
450 Black Guardian Warhost, 1 Farseer durch Seer Council ersetzt, 4 Wave Serpents
150 Guardian Warhost, 3 Guardians durch Hvy Weapon Platforms ersetzt
150 Guardian Warhost, 3 Guardians durch Hvy Weapon Platforms ersetzt
200 Windrider Host 4xJetbikes 2xVyper

Which reminds of another point: Get a Warlock Titan.
They are quite affordarble on ebay and are guaranteed to either draw a lot of fire or ravage the enemy.
